What is the purpose of using a laptop and claiming you're going to skill without it actually happening?

It should be enough to handle simulating Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Circle CI, Jenkins, Github Actions, and all the other tools I've asked Gemini AI to categorize and put in a document. I also asked about these tools in a use case instance (in one column of the table, to describe). I'm doing OK overall, with no major gainful activity putting purpose into what I perceive as a stable knowledge foundings of tech, just yet.
